With over 18 years of experience in hospitality, corporate events, and operations, Anu Antony is a dynamic leader known for blending creativity, strategy, and people-centric management. He has worked with renowned organizations including Tata Consultancy Services, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Wyndham Hotel Group, contributing to elevated brand experiences through thoughtful design and operational excellence. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Ephrata Total Solutions and Director of Corporate Relations at Avocados Engineering Consultants, Anu drives initiatives that unite functional design, efficiency, and meaningful client engagement. His entrepreneurial mindset focuses on building systems and environments that inspire creativity with structure.

As a Trustee and Core Group Member at the Academy of Design and Management, Anu leverages his rich industry experience to mentor students, strengthen industry–academia collaboration, and contribute to programs that merge aesthetics with strong business insight.

With over two decades of experience shaping design education, creative direction, and brand strategy, Zulfi Ali is a driving force in the creative industry and one of the most respected mentors in the South Asian design ecosystem. His journey spans senior academic leadership, multidisciplinary creative direction, and entrepreneurship, anchored by a vision to elevate design thinking and inspire the next generation of creators.

A seasoned creative strategist, Zulfi has led major fashion and design institutions, built high-performing design teams, and developed brand systems that influence both digital and physical markets. His mentorship style blends strategic clarity with artistic sensitivity, enabling young designers to unlock their creative potential while staying aligned with global industry standards.

As Chief Mentor, he brings a powerful combination of academic insight and real-world innovation. Zulfi has served in pivotal academic roles, leading curriculum development, pioneering hands-on learning frameworks, and redefining how design programs prepare students for rapidly evolving creative careers. He is the Founder & Creative Director of One7 Store , a contemporary apparel brand known for its bold visual identity and design-forward ethos. His current work as Creative Director with Invalesco Creations and OneSeven Designs in India and Canada keeps him connected to emerging trends in branding, fashion communication, UI/UX, and digital storytelling, insights he continuously brings back to the classroom.

With deep expertise in brand identity, social media design, UX, apparel graphics, and creative strategy, Zulfi champions a progressive approach to design education. His mission as Chief Mentor is clear: to cultivate fearless designers who create with purpose, communicate with impact, and lead with vision.

With over 7 years of experience in Fashion Design, Management, and Education, she has built a career that blends creativity with leadership. A Fashion Design Graduate from Vogue Institute of Fashion technology She began her journey in design, merchandising, styling, marketing, and PR, later collaborating with renowned designers in India and the UAE on collections and projects aligned with brand objectives and trends. As the Center Head at the Academy of Design & Management, she oversees Marketing, Sales, Academics, Operations, and Accounts, ensuring the smooth functioning and growth of the center. She also plays a key role in building strong student–parent relationships and fostering an environment of trust. Alongside management, she brings expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and event hosting, collaborating with organizations to deliver impactful campaigns. Her dynamic approach continues to drive the center forward while nurturing future creative professionals.

Rahul Jayan is a dedicated and versatile professional with a strong background in fashion photography, administration, and institutional management. He holds an M.A. in English Literature and a B.A. in English, along with a professional certification in Fashion Photography from JD Institute of Fashion Technology.

With over 7 years of experience at ADM Kochi , he has played a key role in overseeing academic and operational functions, coordinating with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the smooth running of institutional activities. His expertise lies in team management, event coordination, and policy implementation, contributing to the institute’s growth and efficiency.Rahul has successfully organized and managed numerous fashion shows, exhibitions, seminars, and creative events, seamlessly blending his administrative skills with his passion for photography. His strong organizational abilities and leadership ensure an enhanced experience for both students and faculty.

Jerin Nath C S is a technology focused creative professional with more than 17 years of experience in digital solutions, design, and visual storytelling. He is a B Tech graduate in Computer Science from Sarabhai Institute of Science & Technology, he is the Founder of Invalesco Creations, where he drives innovative initiatives across web development, AI powered content creation, and digital branding.

He previously worked as an IT Project Manager at JD Institute of Fashion Technology Bangalore for 7.5 years, successfully integrating technology with the fashion and creative sectors. His core strengths include web design and development, AI content creation, fashion and portrait photography, and SEO strategy.
